Terms of Use
Last updated: October 8, 2026. These terms govern use of viwebservices.com and services provided by VI Web Services, operating within the Kline IT Solutions technology ecosystem.
1. Services
- Web hosting, domain registration assistance, web design, business email setup, SSL, malware removal, backups and maintenance.
- Domain availability shown on this site is a simulation; final registration is confirmed at checkout and subject to registry rules.
2. Acceptable use
- No spam, phishing, malware, unlawful content, or infringement.
- No resource abuse (crypto mining, bulk mail without consent, etc.). We may throttle or suspend abusive accounts.
3. Payments & renewals
- Hosting is billed monthly or annually. Domains renew annually at then-current registry pricing.
- 30-day money-back guarantee applies to hosting (first term, excludes domains, SSL and completed design work).
- Failure to renew a domain may result in loss of the name; reminders are a courtesy, not a guarantee.
4. Support & uptime
We target 99.99% network uptime on managed cloud infrastructure engineered with Kline IT Solutions. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.
5. Enterprise referrals
Custom software, dedicated server racks, and 24/7 infrastructure management are provided through our parent platform, Kline IT Solutions.
6. Liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service in the prior 12 months.
